- Purchase Order forms are used to request a purchase order number when you want to order any new kit, equipment etc. Forms will be available to download soon, however you can find paper copies in the SU office.
- The Sports Union will not be held responsible for payment of any equipment ordered without a purchase order number, and forms should be completed BEFORE any supplier is used.
- After the Purchase Order has been approved, the Admin Officer will process the order.
