BUCS/SUS Event Funding Form |

- These forms are to be completed by Clubs when entering a BUCS and/or SUS event.
- When completing the form please ensure that you have completed details & SU membership numbers of ALL MEMBERS who will be attending the event.
- Failure to complete this information may result in no funding being allocated for this trip.
- Please hand in your form to the SU reception. The form will be approved by the Finance Officer, and placed in the SU files within the office on Level 7.
- If making an expenses claim, the BUCS/SUS Event Funding Form will be cross-referenced for accuracy of claim.
