•  LETTERS & CORRESPONDENCE

1. All club mail should pass through the SU Office.
2. All important outgoing correspondence should be photocopied and a copy retained in your club file, which is held in the SU Office on Level 7.

• NOTICEBOARDS

Noticeboards are available in the SU Office for club NOTICES - e.g. Club Contact Details, training times, sign-up sheets for trips, information for new/potential members and/or Freshers, as well as adverts for social events.

• CLUB PIGEONHOLES

Each SU club has their own pigeonhole for all their mail.  Please ensure that you check it regularly.

• PHOTOCOPYING/TELEPHONE CALLS
